Good Signs, Bad Signs (September 1, 2007)

Beginning September 7, 2007 I'll have my training with another company. This is my 2nd job for the year and my 4th in over two years. The longest time I stayed in a job is one year, which is not a good sign. Ladies and gentleman, I am turning 24 this year yet still holding a scrawny bank account. This is not really a good sign.

Come to think of it, jumping from one company to another is rather an indication of how indecisive I am. My mom is beginning to question my competence as she sermons me about learning to focus, tenure and all sorts of employment blah blah. Instead of hollering back, I simply imagine my mom as Lakisha Jones belting the American Idol version of Bon Jovi’s This Ain’t A Love Song. This is NOT to deliberately disrespect her. I just chose not to talk than see her transform into a werewolf. Besides I have nothing to prove yet, if you know what I mean.

But wait, she has a point. Perhaps this is a good sign.

***It's now 2010. I have proven a lot already. :-) Good. This note was created right after I signed my contract with JP Morgan Chase - Home Lending. In my almost two years stay with Chase (September 2007 - June 2009), I have truly learned the essentials of customer service and professionalism. I will always have an ample space in my heart for many Chase employees.
